Overview

Pitshop is operated by Creator AI Tech Private Limited and provides a web and mobile platform for travel creators, affiliates, and users. The terms govern access to the platform and the services.

Enrollment and eligibility

• Users must have legal capacity to agree to the terms and use the platform.
• Creators must submit an application for the affiliate program and may be rejected at Pitshop's discretion.
• Unsuitable content and prohibited behavior include spam, impersonation, trademark misuse, illegal activity, and abusive content.
• Affiliate links may not be used for personal bookings, resale, or bookings for friends or relatives.

Affiliate links and qualifying bookings

• Qualifying bookings must be completed on the partner platform and properly attributed to the creator's link.
• Travel and physical product bookings may be reversed if cancelled, returned, or not completed within the partner's rules.
• Pitshop may withhold commissions if links are expired, misformatted, or tracking fails outside its control.
• Creators may also be eligible for additional campaign compensation when explicitly offered.

Payouts, tax, and attribution

The terms describe monthly or periodic payouts, net confirmed earnings, tax withholding where required, GST invoicing expectations, and the possibility of attribution changes or limitations due to technical constraints, browser privacy settings, or session expiry.

Content, compliance, and IP

• Creators retain ownership of their own content, but must secure rights to any third-party material they use.
• Creators must comply with applicable laws, advertising guidelines, privacy obligations, and platform rules.
• Pitshop grants a limited licence to use the platform and may modify or terminate access for breach.

Liability and disputes

The terms include disclaimers, liability limitations, confidentiality requirements, termination rights, and a governing law clause pointing to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
